I trained for 2 years in counselling in 2005 and have used these skills in all areas of my work, whether it be massage, reflexology or even gel nails.

I have studied and applied so many tools in my spiritual growth, batch flowers, reiki, journaling, inner child work, meditation, aromatherapy, family constellation, and so much more. I’ve been working in this area for over 20 years now.

I have a real passion of healing using many tools, not 1 person or situation is the same.

In the sessions, we gently work together through anything that comes up for you.  We talk and explore all areas in your life that you feel “suck” and need help shifting.  I use my vast knowledge to help guide you to what would benefit your healing the most.

I will help you explore your spirituality, connect you to your authentic self and find your voice.

We all have that inner voice chatting at us day in day out, usually negative. I’m here for you to process through these emotions and help change this inner chatter, from negative to positive.
