Indian Head Massage is a wonderful and relaxing massage for the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and face. It has been practised for thousands of years. It benefits the client both physically and psychologically. The treatment manipulates the soft tissue and muscles of the body, and stimulates the blood, the lymph system, the muscles and the nerves. The massage manipulations can have either a stimulating or relaxing effect, depending on the technique carried out.
