These terms and conditions govern your use of Pure 4 You services and website. By booking a treatment or purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms.
About Pure 4 You: Pure 4 You is a sole trader business operated by Angela Dunn, providing mobile holistic therapy, beauty treatments, yoga classes and handmade organic products. Based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Contact: angela@pure4you.co.uk | 07801 817823
Bookings and Appointments: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmed by Angela directly. A booking is confirmed once you have received acknowledgement from Angela via phone, WhatsApp or email.
Cancellations and No-Shows: We understand that circumstances change. However, as a mobile therapist, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact Angela's livelihood. Charges may be applied for late cancellations or no-shows at Angela's discretion. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice where possible.
Travel: Pure 4 You is a mobile service based in Southend-on-Sea. Travel charges may be applied for appointments outside the local area. Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and agreed with you prior to your appointment.
Weekend Pamper Parties: Pamper parties booked on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to an additional charge of £30. This will be made clear at the time of booking.
Health Consultation: For your safety and to ensure the most appropriate treatment, all new clients are required to complete a health consultation form prior to their first treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or contraindications. Pure 4 You accepts no liability for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health information.
Products: All products sold through the Pure 4 You online shop are handmade using natural and organic ingredients. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy below.

Changes to These Terms: Pure 4 You reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.

Treatments and Services: As treatments are personal services delivered at the time of appointment, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been carried out. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact Angela directly at angela@pure4you.co.uk and she will do her best to resolve the matter.
Handmade Products: Due to the handmade and personal nature of our beauty and wellbeing products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at angela@pure4you.co.uk with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
