Reflexology

As with all my treatments I will use Palo Santo, a tuning fork, crystals and intuitively my handmade Organic Aura Spray.

Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy, working on either the feet or hands.  The purpose is to treat the whole person, rather than the symptom, e.g., a pain or skin rash is usually a sign of an internal problem, rather than an external problem.  Eliminating the symptom without solving the problem that has caused it, is like trying to cure measles by painting over the spots!

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing and healing system that is increasing in our culture.  This is because in today’s society we are faced with increasing levels of stress, mentally, emotionally and physically.  Reflexology induces a deep relaxation on the body, which in turn decreases the stress on our physical body's organs and system and allows us to heal at our own pace whilst restoring balance both emotionally and physically.
