Inner Child Healing Therapy

This therapy is so important for all of us.  It may not always be any easy therapy, but it is an incredibly important one.

As we get older, the age we just were doesn’t die, it doesn’t go. All those thoughts, feelings, emotions ad experiences are still with us.  Inside of us all, we have all our ages, all our trapped emotions and thoughts we may have swallowed as a child. Such as a trauma, or negative words, seeing or hearing things we couldn’t process. 

In this therapy, we connect to your inner child in a variety of ways, writing, drawing, mediating, mirror work and so much more. 

This is an incredibly powerful therapy. The reason I am so passionate about this therapy is, when we understand ourselves, when we understand why we’re triggered by certain words or actions of those around us, we can heal and let it go. If we don’t, we just carry on year after year, not learning, not changing, not growing. Essentially stuck, stagnant and not moving forward to our full potential.

We work together to explore the unhealed emotions that are trapped within the body, we connect you back to your inner self.

This is an ongoing therapy, there isn’t a timeline to be healed, because everyone’s experiences are different. You can choose to work weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A session can vary on time, which we can discuss, we can work for an hour, or I have some clients that work for 3 hours. Each session is very different each time, we work with what comes up in that session, what wants to be seen. I will use many different tools in my holistic spiritual bag.
